        1) Pakkuja viimase kolme (3) lõppenud majandusaasta netokäibed alltoodud teenuste osutamise osas peavad olema järgmised (tingimus tuleb täita kõikide alltoodud teenuste osas):

        a) Miinide õhkimise tööde osutamine viimasel kolmel (3) viimasel aastal kokku vähemalt viissada tuhat (500 000) EUR.

        Pakkuja esitab hankepassi vormil andmed netokäibe kohta.

        Pakkuja esitab hankija nõudmisel andmed viimase kolme lõppenud majandusaasta netokäivete kohta, mille kohta on esitatud majandusaasta aruanded (RHS § 40 lg 1 p 3) selliselt, et välja on toodud iga eelpoolnimetatud alagrupi käibed.

        Kui pakkuja soovib tõendada oma vastavust majanduslikule ja finantsseisundile esitatud nõuetele teise ettevõtja vahendite alusel, siis peavad pakkuja ja teine ettevõtja vastutavama solidaarselt hankelepingu selle osa täitmise eest, mille suhtes teise ettevõtja vahenditele tugineti.
