        Pakkuja peab olema registreeritud oma asukohamaa vastavas äri- või kutsealaregistris.

        Eesti Vabariigis registreeritud pakkuja registreeringut kontrollib hankija iseseisvalt riigihangete registri vahendusel avalikust andmekogust.

        Pakkuja, kelle asukohamaa ei ole Eesti Vabariik, esitab registreerituse kohta enda asukohamaa pädeva registri tõendi, mis ei tohi olla hanketeate riigihangete registris avaldamise kuupäevast varasem.

        1) Pakkuja viimase kahe majandusaasta (2015 ja 2016) netokäive kokku peab olema vähemalt 500 000 EUR-i. Pakkuja peab esitama andmed viimase kahe majandusaasta netokäivete kohta (juriidilisest isikust Eesti Vabariigis registreeritud puhul ei kohaldu, kui andmed on hankijale andmekogust avalikult kättesaadavad).


      3. Technical and professional ability:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        1) Pakkuja peab olema viimase 3 aasta jooksul (hanketeate avaldamisest tagasiulatuvalt 3 aastat) sõlminud vähemalt 2 lepingut mobiilsete meditsiiniliste uuringute labori valmistamiseks. Esitada viimase kolme aasta jooksul nõuetekohaselt täidetud, olulisemate lepingute nimekiri koos maksumuse, sõlmimise kuupäevade ja infoga teiste lepingupoolte kohta.

        2) Pakkujal peab olema pakutava bussi hooldus ja tehniline tugi Tartus 24/7, mobiilse remonditöökoja võimalus tehniliste probleemide lahendamiseks kohapeal (Eesti piires), puksiiri kasutamise võimalus üle Eesti. Esitada Lisa 1 vorm II.
