        1) Pakkuja 3 riigihanke algamise ajaks lõppenud majandusaasta netokäivete (müügitulude) summa peab olema kokku vähemalt:

        1. OSA 1 puhul 100 000 EUR km"ta;

        2. OSA 2 puhul 50 000 EUR km"ta.

        NB: Mõlemale osale pakkumust tehes, peab majandusaasta netokäivete summa olema mõlema osa miinimumnõuete summeeritud maksumus ehk 150 000 EUR.

        Pakkuja esitab esialgse tõendina vastava kinnituse hankepassis. Hankija nõudmisel esitab pakkuja vajalikud dokumendid.
