        1) Pakkuja viimase kolme riigihanke algamise ajaks lõppenud majandusaasta netokäive kokku peab olema vähemalt 10 000 EUR. Pakkuja peab esitama hankepassis andmed i viimase kolme riigihanke algamise ajaks lõppenud majandusaasta kohta. Ühispakkujad võivad enda majandusliku ja finantsseisundi kvalifitseerimise tingimustele vastavuse tõendamiseks summeeritavate näitajate puhul tugineda kõigi ühispakkujate vastavatele summeeritud näitajatele.
