        Projekti finantseeritakse Euroopa Struktuurfondide vahenditest. Hankelepingu sõlmime pärast projekti täistaotluse rahuldamise otsust. Juhul kui hankija projekti ei rahastata, võib hankija otsustada hankelepingut mitte sõlmida.

        Hankija ei ole jaganud riigihanget osadeks, kuivõrd Hankija hinnangul on tehniliselt ja majanduslikult otstarbekaim teostada projekt ühes osas (RHS § 27 lg 2).

        1) Pakkuja viimase kolme majandusaasta (2014-2016) aritmeetiline keskmine netokäive peab olema vähemalt 300 000 eurot aastas hankelepingu esemega seotud valdkonnas. Hankelepingu esemega seotud valdkonnaks loeb Hankija IT-valdkonnas teostatud infosüsteemide hooldus- ja arendustöid Pakkuja põhitegevusalal vastavalt EMTAK (Eesti Majanduse Tegevusalade Klassifikaator) osa 62 ja 63 tegevusala jaotusele.

        Pakkuja esitab viimase kolme majandusaasta aruande väljavõtte, millest selgub Pakkuja majandusaasta netokäive ja tegevusala (ei kohaldu Eestis registreeritud juriidilisest isikust Pakkuja puhul, kui andmed või dokumendid on Hankijale andmekogust avalikult kättesaadavad).
