        1) Pakkuja viimase kolme riigihanke algamise ajaks lõppenud majandusaasta netokäive peab olema vähemalt 600 000 EUR igal aastal. Edukas pakkuja esitab kolme viimase lõppenud majandusaasta aruande väljavõtte, millest selgub pakkuja majandusaasta netokäive (juriidilisest isikust Eestis registreeritud pakkuja puhul ei kohaldu, kui andmed või dokumendid on hankijale andmekogust avalikult kättesaadavad).


      3. Technical and professional ability:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        1) Pakkuja peab omama kehtivat tegevusluba elektrienergia müügiks (elektrituruseaduse § 22 lg 1 p 4).

        Hankija kontrollib eduka pakkuja elektrimüügi tegevusloa olemasolu majandustegevuse registrist www.mtr.ee. Kui majandustegevuse registris pakkuja kehtiva elektrienergia müügi tegevusloa kohta andmed puuduvad, esitab edukas pakkuja hankijale Konkurentsiameti poolt pakkujale väljastatud kehtiva elektrienergia müügi tegevusloa.

        2) Pakkuja peab tarneperioodi ajavahemikul omama bilansihalduri staatust või kehtivat lepingut bilansihalduriga avatud tarne ja bilansi haldamiseks.

        Hankija kontrollib eduka pakkuja bilansihalduri staatust või avatud tarnijate nimekirja kuulumist Elering AS kodulehelt. Pakkuja peab vajadusel tõendama enda bilansihalduri staatust või hanke tarneperioodil kehtiva avatud tarne lepingu olemasolu bilansihalduriga avatud tarne ja bilansi haldamiseks järgmiste tõendite esitamisega:

        1) koopia bilansilepingust süsteemihalduriga või süsteemihalduri kinnitus vastava bilansilepingu olemasolu kohta (kui pakkuja on ise bilansihaldur);

        2) avatud tarne lepingu koopia bilansihalduriga või bilansihalduri kinnitus vastava lepingu olemasolu kohta käesoleva hanke tarneperioodiks.
